In the event that you need to change your Conduent Connect login information (password, username, or both), do the following actions:
Password Reset:
- Use these procedures if you can’t remember your password:
Visit the page for login:
- Go to the Conduent Connect logging website (www.conduentconnect.com, for example).
Press the “Forgot Password” button:
- Locate and click the “Forgot Password?” option on the login page.
Enter your employee ID or username:
- Enter your employee ID, which you used to register, or your login.
Observe the directions:
- Your registered phone number or email address will be used to send you a link or code to reset your password.
Create a New Password:
- To create a new password, follow the instructions (make sure it satisfies the security criteria).
Sign in:
- After changing your password, log in using the new information.
Reset the employee ID or username:
- If you can’t remember your employee ID or login, you might have to:
- Contact Support: To get your login or employee ID, get in touch with Conduent customer service or the HR/IT division of your company.
- They will provide you with your credentials after confirming your identification.
